NORTHSOUTH CLUB GENERAL POLICIES

• All guests must be at least 16 years old & customers ages 16 & 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All guests must adhere to all rules, policies & Axe Master and ShufflePro instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service & revoke axe throwing privileges to anyone at any time, with no refunds.
• All axe throwers must wear closed toe shoes. Sandals & flip flops are not allowed.
• All guests must fill out & sign their own Liability Waiver prior to participating (yes, even if you are playing shuffleboard).
• We supply & maintain the throwing hatchets, tangs & biscuits. No outside hatchets, knives, tangs or biscuits may be brought into the facility.
• No outside beverages may be brought on the premises at any time.
• No food carry-ins are allowed during public axe throwing and public shuffleboard sessions.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive & record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information & the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment & personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name & address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

PAYMENT POLICY

All Bars & Recreation facilities, including NorthSouth Club, are cashless. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung Pay. All point of sale terminals are equipped with touchless pay technology. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for services rendered or products sold.

REFUND POLICY

All payments for deposits, merchandise & gift cards are final and no refunds will be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

All merchandise & gift card orders will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.
